When is the best moment to contact LBW?

As soon as you need our guidance!

You wish to delegate planning starting from the earliest stages of your wedding.
You have already found your venue, 1 or 2 vendors and you would like the agency to take over on the next steps of the planning.

If I decide to hire a wedding planner, would I be able to make any decisions?

Yes of course! You would be the one approving every proposition. Our main role is to guide you in this adventure, to seek out vendors and to provide you with a list of our suggestions, which will depend on your approval. We are also here to oversee your special day from start to finish and to anticipate any unforeseen events so that you can rest at ease.

Is it mandatory to choose among the suggested vendors list?

We do not impose any of the vendors because your wedding is unique and tailored-made with your preferences. Nevertheless, we have an important network of professionals that can answer each of your needs while sticking to your budget. Moreover, we do not have any commision partnerships with our vendors.

Will I be in touch with the hired vendors?

You will directly sign each contract with all the selected vendors for your wedding. Before sending you the contracts, LBW Agency will take care of the first reading of the contracts to make sure that the terms and conditions are aligned with your wedding file. We remain at your disposal to clarify any questions.

How will the budget be managed?

You already have a budget in mind: the agency will analyze each category to select vendors and venues in accordance with your desires and your budget.
You do not have a set budget: LBW will guide you to estimate the amount you need to allocate for each vendor to ensure your expectations are met.

What is the cost of this service?

Our fees are based on three criteria:

The hourly volume necessary for the organization of your wedding (our quality of service requires approximately 300 hours of work to organize your wedding).
Our service is equivalent to an average of 13% of your overall budget.
It is also necessary to take into consideration your particular requests and needs. This is why our first meeting is important in order to understand your plans, to establish a solid evaluation and offer you a custom quote, which includes all the details of our service. The fees are clearly outlined when signing the quote and the contract.

What are the terms of payment?

The contract will be delivered to you once the quote has been signed.

The terms of payment (applied on the basis of a working year) are the following:

A deposit of 30% of the total amount upon signature of the contract.
30% nine months prior to the wedding date.
30% six months prior to the wedding date.
10% one month prior to the wedding date.

What is a Wedding File?

Your Wedding File or "cahier des charges", is the essential foundation that will help us realize your wedding. This document is directly linked to your budget and shows a clear and precise structuring of your plans.

LBW will present this document upon signature of the contract. This document is written for you and for the agency. It includes all the different aspects of your wedding: the vendors, your priorities and your wishes.
